Djinn Equips!
So in Magi, there are Magicians, and there are Dungeon Conquerors aka King Candidates. Sinbad is the latter, and thus have an ability called Djinn Equipping. At this current canon point, he can equip either Valefor, an Ice Djinn, or Baal, a Lightning Djinn.
And there is a slight element factor to magic in Magi: Djinns cannot be hurt by magic of the same element, and are immune to damage from environmental hazards, instead, any energy they spent gets restored by said element, so it would act as a kind of natural battery
So What does it mean?
A Djinn lends their power to a chosen king that if evoked, allows the King to take on the special ability and characteristics of said Djinn. There's two categories of Equipping.
Weapon Equipping: Where only a fraction of power is used, causing the Djinn's vessel (usually an actual weapon or something that can be used as one like a hair pin), causing the vessel and the user's arms to transform to accommodate the magic going through it.
Full Equip: The person's entire body transform into a humanoid avatar of the Djinn - they will look generally like the Djinn (the wolf-djinn Valefor makes Sinbad a kitsune for example), allowing them to use all their magic, including the incredibly powerful "Extreme Magic" - a spell that takes a long time to cast but can cause extreme phenomenon, such as Kougyoku's extreme magic can create a Tsunami, or Hakuryuu's Belial can sever someone's soul from their body.
.
Sinbad's first Djinn, and the one he has the most familiarity with, Baal is a dragon with the element of lightning. When just channeling through his weapon, his Shamshir becomes longer, and his arm becomes covered with thick blue scales. When fully equipping, his hair turns blue, blue scales cover his arms, legs, and upper torso like a set of armor, and a pair of horns made entirely out of electricity, and a red gem appears in his forehead.
Bararaq is the most simple of attacks, his sword will discharge a beam of lightning, capable of stunning people and killing massive monsters in one shot
Bararaq Saiqa A much more powerful version that he can only use while equipped, it was shown to be capable of blasting a hole through three mountains.
In Utopique, the power level these attacks are nerfed, so Bararaq will simply stun and knock out anyone it hits, while Saiqa is capable of leveling a building. The extreme magic is disabled entirely, as it's a functional orbital strike.

Sometimes translated as the Djinn of Deception and Prestige, but I will use Confidence.
Valefor is a Wolf Djinn of Ice, though he is capable of assuming a smaller form that Baal confuses for a cat. When equipped, Sinbad looks very much like a white, very fluffy kitsune, with a red third eye, and an eye in the middle of the palm of his hands.
While unequipped, Sinbad can create a fog of near absolute zero temperature that freezes those with hostile intentions towards him, but leaves his allies unharmed. He can also use this power to cause light snow, which he mostly use for show, especially as they reflect lightning, making everything sparkle.
Garufor Zairu He launches a flurry of dagger-like shards of ice.
Garufor Kirestal Sinbad releases a pillar of ice from the ground, capturing anyone who couldn't get out of the way.
Stagnation The ability to stop molecules and restrict a substances movement. This includes the ability to generate ice, which is done by stopping the movement of water molecules in the air and then manipulating them from a liquid or gas state state to form a solid. Using it on a person will separate their senses from their surroundings and slow down their movement. Because even the opponent's thoughts are slowed down they may not even realize the change. Effectively, the foe is frozen in place, but to them, everything around them is sped up to the point of looking like people are teleporting.
