Let's Get Drunk post-Week 2 Trial (Sinbad and Yusuke)

It took a bit, but he found a place to snag some alcohol: dark rum, japanese beer, and sake, the latter are in smaller sampler bottles.

He felt like one of those old men he'd see around the docks, just sitting outside and getting drunk, he unties his ponytail, letting his long hair hang loose as he got himself comfortable on the bench. His eyes flickered up at seeing Yusuke, and waved him over.

"Hey, wasn't that complete bullshit?" He asked the other cyrokinesis user.

"Bet he's just mad he couldn't show off how much of a genius he is." He gave a slight snort at that as he ran his fingers through his hair, pausing to tug on that long, stubborn cowlick, frowning as it sprung back into place.

"Yea, I hear you," He opens up the smaller sampler bottle of sake, taking a slow, tasting sip. "With seven of them... that's a lot of reapers to have to watch for.

"I would be surprised that someone would let their ego get the better of them in a trial, but... I have seen similar things in Japan's legal system."

Sometimes, people just suck. Yusuke picks up one of the bottles of Japanese beer, examining it curiously like it's some alien substance.

"We've been lucky to find Reapers in every trial so far. For both our sakes, it would better if our luck continued."

He had to laugh at Yusuke's curiosity. "Never drank before?" Sinbad questioned, before blanching - the sake is a touch too astringent for his taste. "There's that list we found, so far it seems accurate, but we can't completely rely on it."

Then his eyes closed. "I wonder, about saving the erased, if we can pull it off..."

"Kaiba-san gave me some whiskey, and it was... not as unpleasant as I expected." He still seems unsure, though, so he sets the bottle back down.

"I hope we can save them. But I wouldn't even begin to know where to look, and I'm sure Max won't be forthcoming with clues."

"Some's good for relaxing, others are just made to get you dead drunk fast, it depends on how much you want to forget about whatever's upsetting you."

Sinbad mulls over a thought, switching to the rum - it had the scent of various spices. "We found a note in that cafe, it seemed like correspondence between Max and our mysterious 'host'... it basically said what we suspected, Max isn't entirely happy with the Composer." He sighs. "Kind of forgot about until it now, got lost in my mind when everyone who went to Ikea came back all bloodied."

"So... it might be possible, even if Max or 'Reaper Creeper' can't tell us, that we can find discarded notes or other possible leads if we keep our eyes open."
